Vain muutaman askeleen päässä Accademia di Belle Artistista ja Ca' Foscari Universitystä, vieraat voivat helposti kävellä ikonisten maamerkkien, kuten Rialto Bridgen ja St. Mark's Squaren luo. Jokaisessa mukavassa huoneessa on oma kylpyhuone, satelliitti-TV, tallelokero, hiustenkuivaaja, ilmastointi, minibaari, suoravalintapuhelin ja internet-yhteys. Mannermainen aamiaisbuffet tarjoillaan päivittäin. Hotelli tarjoaa myös tallelokeron, TV-loungen ja huonepalvelun (lisämaksuja saatetaan periä).
